What we coat, and how it can look.
Which surfaces can Colortek coat?
Five substrate platforms: glass (container, float and mirror), plastics (ABS, PP, HIPS, PC and acrylic), metals (aluminium and stainless steel), ceramics, and 3D-printed resin. Each range is formulated for the surface it must bond to. Seeour coating ranges.
Can you match a custom colour or finish?
Yes. Our 10,000 sq ft R&D centre formulates to order: gloss, matt, soft touch, glitter, pearl, metallic, crackle, glow-in-dark and thermochromic effects, matched to your substrate and line.
What cure processes do you run?
1K stoving, UV curing, vacuum metallising, water-based systems and roller application, selected to suit your substrate and line speed.
Sampling & orders
From brief to approved sample.
How does sampling work?
Share your substrate, target finish and volume; a photo of the part is enough to start. The R&D centre formulates the system and ships a custom sample for approval on your own substrate.
What is the minimum order quantity?
It depends on the system and shade. Small trial batches are possible through the R&D centre.Tell us your volumesand we will confirm terms for your specific requirement.
Do you supply outside India?
Yes. We manufacture in Mumbai and operate a regional office in the UAE, supplying customers across India, the Middle East, the UK, Europe and the USA.

Certifications, datasheets and food contact.
Are your coatings food-safe?
Systems intended for food contact are formulated and tested for it. METACOAT is FDA food-contact tested (SGS, 2026), and our tableware and SABLICOAT systems are dishwasher-safe clear-coat systems designed for food-contact surfaces.
Are you REACH and TSCA compliant?
ISOTRAP is screened for EU REACH substances of very high concern (SGS reference MAN:HL:1548009535) and tested to the US Toxic Substances Control Act (SGS reference MAN:HL:1648000316). Your compliance team can verify both references with SGS.
Can I get technical and safety datasheets?
Yes. TDS and MSDS are available for every system on request through ourcontact pageor info@colortek.in.
Do you have low-VOC or water-based options?
Yes. AQUATRAP and our water-thinnable ranges are water-based, and low-VOC formulation is an active programme across the product lines.

How long has Colortek been operating?
Since 2000. Colortek was the first manufacturer in India to produce 1K stoving PU paints for container glass, and operates under ISO 9001:2015 with every batch tested and traceable.
