This is primarily used for ABS and untreated Polypropylene substrates and mainly targeted at cosmetic and packaging industries where metalizing is done.
Primers are made exclusively for vacuum metalizing processes. They have excellent adhesion to substrate like glass, metal, untreated polypropylene.
Base coat is a UV curable lacquer which upon curing gives a high gloss, tough and yet a flexible film. It is coated above primer which gives superior adhesion to primer.
Topcoat is a UV curable lacquer which upon curing gives a very hard, tough and yet a flexible film. It has a very good levelling, adhesion with excellent alcohol resistance property. It is primarily used for metalized plastic glass and metal substrates. Also comes with effects like high gloss matt finish and different colours.
